Mr. Timothy H. Kirtley serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of The Delaware County Bank & Trust Company. He is responsible for the credit risk management functions of The Bank. Mr. Kirtley brings a total of 18 years of broadly-based banking experience to The Bank, including commercial and commercial real estate lending, credit risk management, credit administration and approval. Prior to joining The Bank in March, 2009, he held leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank for two years and U.S. Bank for 15 years. He is a graduate of Miami University, and holds a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
