Thomas R. Whitney

Mr. Whitney is the Executive Vice President & General Counsel for The Delaware County Bank & Trust Company. He also serves as the Secretary to the Board. Whitney received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo. Whitney was a private practice attorney and The Bank's outside legal counsel, prior to his joining The Bank full-time in 1996. Whitney is a board member of the Delaware Rotary Club and is a member of the Worthington Estate Planning Council and the Delaware and Columbus Bar Associations.
