Charles O. Moore

Mr. Moore is the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining The Bank in February 2012, Moore served as the State of Ohio’s Department of Commerce Deputy Superintendent of Financial Institutions. He also served as the President and CEO of Regency Finance Company, and US Bank, Consumer Finance. He served in executive positions in consumer lending and retail banking at Banc One Corporation. Mr. Moore is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army National Guard.  He is a graduate of Ohio Dominican College and the University of the State of New York. Mr. Moore currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Patriots Program at Ohio Dominican University.
